In my personal coaching engagements, I work with a limited number of clients at a time. Through one-on-one coaching, I’ll help you evolve into the next version of yourself by helping you realize your potential, get clear on your values, dream big and take action.

A 3-month, one-on-one coaching program

  • Free consult: We chat and see if we’re a good fit. If there’s a mutual fit…

  • Assessment: I send you my proprietary assessments to get an understanding of your strengths and values, as well as where you fall within lifestyle pillars such as physical activity and stress management.

  • Initial intake: We talk more deeply and review your screeners. I get to know you and your desires.

  • Action meeting: We come up with a plan and action steps.

  • Weekly meetings: to keep you on track.

  • Mid-week check-ins: for an extra boost.

  • As-needed email support: I respond within 24 hours.

Investment: $5400

Monthly Maintenance

Monthly meetings to keep you on track to living your most whole, authentic, healthful, fulfilling life.
